We want you to be assured that our customer service goes beyond just selling you the Hearth a Fyre™. This unit has the best warranty on the market. The manufacturer covers all cast iron and metal parts for 5 years. The electrical components (the blower motor) and the burner system are warranted for 1 year from date of purchase. Review your Free Extended Warranty here. The warranty card must be mailed to the manufacturer within 10 days of receiving your product.

Gas Logs
All our gas logs come with a manufacturer limited lifetime warranty against any manufactured defect or breakage when installed indoors to the original purchaser. That means you have a lifetime warranty that your gas logs will hold their color and beauty for as long as you own them.

Fireplace Doors
Mr. Flame Inc. Fireplace Doors come with a 5 year warranty on the other materials and workmanship and a 1 year warranty on the glass when purchased through HearthaFyreOnline.com
